Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using IronFell DPS services. It forms part of the Master Services Agreement (Terms of Service) and applies to every customer account and authorised user.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use IronFell DPS services to:

• Store, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content;
• Interfere with the platform, infrastructure, or other customers' use of the services;
• Circumvent, probe, or disable security controls, access controls, or authentication;
• Attempt unauthorised access to IronFell DPS systems, networks, or another customer's data;
• Introduce malware or place an unreasonable load on shared infrastructure;
• Resell or sublicense the services without IronFell DPS's prior written consent.

3. Suspension

Breach of this AUP entitles IronFell DPS to suspend or terminate the affected services immediately and without liability, in addition to any other rights under the Master Services Agreement.
